Net10 Wireless - Worst customer service ever
I wanted to hook my old phone for my little daughter for emergency. I called the net10 they said just get a sim we can hook you 15 dollar monthly plan 200 min for you.
I went to best buy the sales man said you can get any plan you want with this.
Nothing clear in the website. I called they asked me for the serial of the phone esn of the phone then put me on hold for 45 min. then lady named Lina ID 56630 picked the phone and asked me what I need I told her immediately sh said you have to get a $50 plan and also referred to another website and told me it is there. I asked for supervisor again another 30 min wait This time Nicolette Id 88888 ( may not be right) She talk to me like I am an *** asking her for favor and put me again on hold for another 20 min when I gave up and hang the phone.
What ever you add do it honestly. I was dumb not reading the review before. What I always do except this time.
