They admitted AT&T has problems providing coverage in my area. No refund and no service.
What's up with that? Customer service the worst ever. All escalated calls end up in same room claiming to be Miami's Corporate office. Not even sure in Miami.
Suggest I buy another phone that has Verizon coverage instead. Spend more $, I don't think so! Every call to them was about 2.5 hours long and had to ask them to repeat. I speak good English but they are hard to understand.
One rep admitted they are in the Philippines.
Now I know why the President F J Pollak or Vice President Stephan Ritter offices are not available. Time to contact the FCC, Florida's Attorney General's office, Action 8 in Tampa or Florida's Secretary of State's Office
