I got a plan that is not compatible with my phone. no where it was said.

only after I paid. then no money back and wont even transfer the money to a different plan! I cant find a different name other than stealing to that practice. Legal stealing.

And costumer service told me to try and sell it to someone! I was trying to get to supervisor and lost a lot of time doing so to no avail. They just wouldnt listen - and I dont blame them.

Those guys are slaves themselves in a latin country listening to us fat gringos shouting about how their bosses *** us as well. You guys are the *** of the earth.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $25.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
