Net10 Wireless - Unused mins card-bought wrong card
Bought the wrong type of card. Now out the money, as the store can't refund the card. Said it's like a gift card. No go. Net10 said, "Sorry but you've got a Smartphone and that card's not compatible. Got a debit or credit card?" Advice to all...read up on the type of of phone and mins you need before plunking down cash. Sigh.

Your company has never did it's job. I have been hung up on after being on the phone for hours with your so-called employees. They have not been polite and will not let me speak to someone who speaks proper ENGLISH.
