Purchased the phone for my teenager son....39.99 plus $25 card

I would post the phone number....but I am 9 hrs post website failure...Try back in 30 minutes....& a complaint ticket via phone written...& it sits stating Activation Required. Worst....the calmness

I had over the phone earlier....& hearing bits and pieces of background noises and voices...I was lucky.

Turns out the person I had failed to place my call on hold...& forgot to place me on hold. Sims cards are all bad. After lookig online thru complaints it is a sure bet.

Just sorry that for all that lost hundreds. I have to say...I kept my calm...but according to my complaint compared to the same issues as me....my guess....sims cards are a good toothpick right now or a good toe junk remover.

Monetary Loss: $70.
