I was *** and bought a wireless Net10--took it home with an airtime card, and assumed I could set things up. Boy, was I wrong.
I got a nice customer rep who carefully walked me through a frustrating maze. It turns out no zip code was compatible with my cell phone sems card and they would have to "mail me another one," which may or may not work.
I need the phone tonight and cannot afford to buy a Verizon and extra minutes, etc.//what a HASSLE. I was lucky to get a rep who spoke English and seemed to really care--the other horror stories are worse.
