I think your net 10 services sucks very im happy that 15 times a day i have to shut my phone off because my services is enable then when i call for help she says vall when this happen how am i suppose to call if my phine not working and am on the road because i need my phone for work this is redicous

Net10 Wireless - Net10 is horrible

I broke my phone and bought another and when i went to activate it they gave me the run around for a week and half. I finally got it activated but instead of transfering my old number which was in idaho they gave me a florida number then said i had to pay for there mistake. They have the worst customer service ever.

Net10 Wireless - Net10 has cheated my wife out of 25 days of service

My wife tried to add time to her account but she ended up being shorted 25 days and nearly 300 min. When called them they told her her account was being processed and call back in 15 mim. When she called she was told her records were still being processed. This has happened a least 3 times.
