Our family used Net 10 for over a year on 4 phones.The first 6 months our service was fine and the coverage was good but over time we started having trouble with Net 10 dropping data based on the auto-renewal.

When calling customer service I was constantly explaining the same situation time after time for each phone. It was very frustrating!!! We finally decided to go back to Verizon after losing data repeatedly throughout the month on 2 of the 4 phones.

Net 10 would not compensate us for the lack of coverage since they were able to "reset the 4G signal" each time.Although you may save a little money switching to Net 10 I do not recommend it unless you have lots of spare time on your hands to call customer service and lots of patience to deal with poor english speaking representatives.
