i bought a new net 10 phone and a unlimited phone card it cost me 187.41 the first week i had the phone it worked great but the last 1.5 weeks the data only works sometimes i called net 10 the told me to shut the phone off and back on i have done that a lot of times and it still doesn't work all the time i am pissed that they couldn't help me i wouldn't recommend net 10 to anyone even when i bought my phone and tried to get my number i had from another company it was a run around but after several calls i finally got the number changed to the number i had before the customer service for net10 isn't very helpful even when the data is working it still wont load the whole page i have never had so much trouble out of a phone company my name is Michael Lint phone# 606-422-2292
