I buy a service card 45.00 and on the rec. It say for net 10 only well then I am told three days Of my service will be taken because it's not for android. Phone but it says plain as day NET10 PHONE ONLY!!!!!this is crazy and bad service.... I am very upset.... Add comment

I paid $50 for a 3GB data plan to add to my smartphone that i already had. Had trouble connecting the wifi hotspot, it was visible on my laptop, but could not access it. My net ten phone the minutes and days just vanish 1800 minutes and 180 days just vanish. They will just deactivate your phone for no reason at all, they claim your credit card company disputed or charged back, so you call your credit card and No dispute ever No charge back ever just a rip off scam to get you to buy more days and time. when you call they will keep you on the line for a long time... The worst company you can ever get they can't even provide me my information. They said is classified information. They suppose to a bank like they hold our information and they will provide us when we need it but when you comes to net10 if you lost you sim or you card that's it you will never know you account number. I transferred my number and tried to transfer the minutes (6,000) to a different phone. NET10 transferred the number but not the minutes. The phone I transferred to had 600 minutes. After about 8 hours on the phone with them I gave up on the 6,000 minutes as I don't use them anyway and 600 would be enough and I had auto refill which would add 200 per month. After 5 days and 17 hours on the phone, I was told I would be called beck 7 times. Never got called back. Then , instead of giving my number back, they shut off the phone complety and did mothing. They refuse tto give a US phone contact, I have been lied to at least seven times in 5 days. All the while, I'm tellingthem I have Doctors flying in to do back surgery.
