This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! I have not had an issue with anything other than data usage and cs. But the data issue is on going, and a rip off. I began purchasing a more expensive card due to constantly running out of 2.5g high speed before the 30 days end. I purchased a Net 10 phone for my grandson, the phone that I paid for in my zip code does not work in my zip code!! , called tech support 3 times was promised a replacement phone, never received, finally told I could sent in my phone and would receive a replacement. REALLY after 3 weeks now they want me to send in the one I paid for and trust that they will send me a new phone I don't think so,.... Read more

They advertise that you can use a phone you already own and have your current phone # put on it. This is false and misleading, it is a bait and switch scam. Last year I tried to have my current Net10 phone # put onto a new phone. Each time I was led thru many hours of many phone calls over a period of about 2 weeks with no result. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE. THEY DO NOT MAIL OUT SIM CARDS AS THEY CLAIM. Have tried since mid-June to use a phone I already have that was deactivated months ago. Have called Net10 4 times since then, each time spending over an hour on the phone with no results. I requested a new sim to reactivate my phone. They took the info and said they were sending a sim card. They lied about sending it and closed the ticket. My husband could never get calls if he went into a supermarket or the mall. I had a phone from Net10 I had used briefly then cancelled because I wasn't using it. So we tried (and I mean tried) to switch his number to my old phone (I say old but it was like a year old). my wife and I were with nnet10 for several years. they then started chopping minutes off what we had paid for. when we would renew our minutes and airtime, we would lose the remainder of what we had from previous airtime card. we have now gone to consumer cellular and had to buy new phones because net10 will not unlock and release our lg800 phones. these phones cost us $50 each, as far as I'm... Round in circles... They (and this has happened numerable times) refuse to understand and do this for so long you get frustrated and hang up. The only way to stop their overcharging is to put a stop on your credit account. As they add minutes each month, they either don't add the extra 30 days, or double charge you.
