I bought a Net10 tracfone from Walmart which we plan to use occasionally. The phone worked for a month after which we had an issue with the display. Net10 offered to replace it at no cost. well when my plan did not renew I went on line. I could not get to my account. My email and password were not excepted. I called net10 twice they never sent me the email they promised. After I got on net1o the screen stated I needed to Login to net10wireless. 3 days later I still can not get to my account where my phones are listed. I was *** enough to sign up and stay with this bastards for too long, I had auto enroll for couple of years, the reception and service was ok even the outside the cites suck big time, last January I bought a new phone and using the bring your own phone program a transfer my old number and re-enrolled the new sim card, the expiration day was Jan 29th and they charged my credit card the 23th... I have been trying to download a multimedia message for several days and I still have not been able to do so. My internet is going in and out as well. I NEVER HAD SO MUCH TROUBLE WITH A WIRELESS PHONE COMPANY AS I DO WITH THIS ONE. MY FATHER HAS A PHONE AND THEY USUALLY CHARGE HIS CHARGE CARD WHEN THE TIME ON THE PHONE IS UP. FOR THE PASS 4 MONTHS I HAVE T CALL AND STAY ONTHE PHONE FOR OVER ONE HOUR, BECAUSE THEY SHUT THE PHONE OFF INSTEAD OF CHARGING HIS CARD. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! I have not had an issue with anything other than data usage and cs. But the data issue is on going, and a rip off. I began purchasing a more expensive card due to constantly running out of 2.5g high speed before the 30 days end. I purchased a Net 10 phone for my grandson, the phone that I paid for in my zip code does not work in my zip code!! , called tech support 3 times was promised a replacement phone, never received, finally told I could sent in my phone and would receive a replacement. They advertise that you can use a phone you already own and have your current phone # put on it. This is false and misleading, it is a bait and switch scam.
