We have had net 10 since labor day and so ready to end service ever time u call tech support on phone for hrs and knowing they can't help but act like they can. Today over 2 hrs kept stalling for supervisor. Then said not much data left and we told how much we had which was a lot. I have been a customer for about 9 years when last month I needed to change the exp. date on my card and then had to activate my phone again. My phone dies within warranty. Bought using my zip code as service area. Now they can't process repair or replacement with out a valid service area zip code. The ID 10 Ts can not get past that point. Last month I purchased a new phone a galaxy s4 active. At the time I had ntelos frawg wireless but was told that this phone can only be used on AT&T. So I had my number ported out and switched. Big mistake. I have had nothing but issues from day one. It took me 5, 1 hour phone calls in the first week to customer service just to get access to my account online to set up automatic payments.... Read more

Net 10 sold me a phone shipped the wrong one so I returned it they said it could take up to a month to refund my money its been a month and all I get is the me dont speak English ROUTINE. They have stole my money . Read more

I switched my personal phone to Net 10 over a year ago. Their phone service was as good as Verizon, but the switching process and number porting was a nightmare. I was enrolled in the auto payment plan. I bought a Net10 tracfone from Walmart which we plan to use occasionally. The phone worked for a month after which we had an issue with the display. Net10 offered to replace it at no cost. well when my plan did not renew I went on line. I could not get to my account. My email and password were not excepted. I called net10 twice they never sent me the email they promised. I was *** enough to sign up and stay with this bastards for too long, I had auto enroll for couple of years, the reception and service was ok even the outside the cites suck big time, last January I bought a new phone and using the bring your own phone program a transfer my old number and re-enrolled the new sim card, the expiration day was Jan 29th and they charged my credit card the 23th...
