Tried to upgrade my net 10 phone. Simple right? Not so. 4 hrs. later still could not get ny 1600 min. transfered to my new phone. First guy assured me they would transfer. On June 4,2015 my credit card was stolen and someone used to get service with net 10 and when alter went to my bank they tried to take the payment back but net 10 will not give it back all my bank want is my $35.00 back so I hope yall can help me out Add comment

I found an AT&T phone May 20th. I call them and see if I can get the phone turned on and they tell me I need to buy an airtime card. I purchase the airtime card and they tell me the sim card (which was a net10 sim card) was "expired" and they had to send me another one. Lots have happened. Right now I finally got my Galaxy S-4 turned on after my old phone was stolen/missing. I called NET10 from a cell dealer to get the new SIM card activated into the Galaxy phone. Net 10 sold us $225 worth of service for 6 months. When the service did not work, they refused to refund any of our money or fix the problem. I spoke with management and was told that it is company policy to not do refunds. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their policies and customer service are ridiculous and, in my opinion, criminal. In order to continue to use the phone plan we had to pay more money.... Read more

I transfered my number which i have used for more than 10 years from simple mobile to net10 and took the long distance plan . After activation, i noticed that i did not have long distance or internet on my phone. I called customer service and a lady assisted me. As soon as I payed my bill; two days after, the phone goes completely black. I call to see if they can do anything and they said no, and that my phone should be here in 3-5 days. In three days I received an empty box to send the defective phone back(which was never told to me) The same day I mailed the phone back to them. Bring your own device program sucks internet does not work and customer service people are rude cant understand anything they say and don't like to explain anything about there net work setting it's a very terrible company i don't recommend anybody to get there service Add comment

WE ALL SHOULD CALL THE FCC AND COMPLAIN. The FCC will investigate. They are very proactive just like the IRS. They truly do go after these scammers and will shut them down for unethical false advertising. the FCC are very thourough to ensure that the issue is resolved. Net 10 is a prime example of what is happening in America. So many businesses (not all) out there will lie through their teeth... Read more

Oh i had locked my screen on my net 10. I have bern given a code before to unlock it now i am told to hard rreset this is after i 45 card and lost three days of service now i dont have my phone on cant get into it bad service..... Add comment
