My phone quit functioning properly so I purchased a new phone and contacted Net 10 to transfer my service and phone number to my new phone. The representative that I spoke to and who assisted me barely spoke English and took forever to complete the process. I was told it could take up to an hour to transfer my service and perhaps longer. Please note I had to drive to where I work and use my office phone to contact Net 10 since I no longer use a land line at home. bought a new phone can't get it to ring goes straight to voice mail have contacted the tech didn't help have called them 3 times for help still doesn't work have received maybe 3 calls in the month I have had the phone. called yesterday to get it transferred back to my old phone no luck with that either will find another carrier> I've had net 10 phone for many years and it has always been a problem getting transferred from one phone to another are you sure you want 100 words ? okay 1st day I had the phone called to get transferred to new phone... I was given a brand new motoE after she tried to activate with a $30.00 card. There's a $50.00 minimum activation charge (Not Disclosed) she purchased a $35.00 to add with other card. This phone has not made one call,not 1text or even one byte of data for $65.00 total?? The phone cost $120.00 and tax...... That's a bit costly for no service whatsoever as some cards aren't compatible with others they sell. WARNING! I've been purchasing net 10 phones and plans since 2008. March 13 2016 I purchased a Alcatel one touch and a $50 unlimited prepay plan. I noticed right away that I couldn't make calls or use internet or picture message only text message. I called net 10 from work due to me being unable to call on my new phone. It was activated already and card loaded. Technical support kept me on the line for an hour. Said he would make a case number to call back the next day if my service was not fully working. I have been a net 10 consumer for 10 years. went through a bit of a problem when I needed a new phone, but after 3 months got it working. eventually I got worried that I would forget to add air time when needed and didn't want to lose my number so I signed up for an auto refill plan, which stated,"rollover minutes AND SERVICE DAYS" about 2 months ago my days didn't roll over and as a result, when I needed the phone in an emergency I got a message that it was deactivated! I have reported cell phone stolen 10 times. Some how it keeps getting reactived. I changed every security question. Even changed the zip code. When I call about it they disconnect it. An hour later its reconnected. I wouldnt be making a fuss but the phone is registered in my name. Read more

I am long time customer, Every time I try to add time card. I can't make international call ( on my cell phone the message from net 10-tell me that " Great news you can make international call just dial 011..) but when you fallow international call. net 10 wants me buy 10 dollar card.and disconnect my call. You try to call customer service. They keep transfer you to different people. It took me one hours to speak the customer service. They will get you refund but won't try to help you. I think I have to give up Net 10 service. So sad! Going... Read more

I have a net ten phone. My daughter purchased a net 10 minute card 1 000 miutes for 25.00 online from wallmart. She had it emailed to her. Then net spend says you cant use thiscard for this phone? Its not there problem wallmart says they cant exchange to upgrade it to the correct one and it hasnot even been activated yet. How fo you get them to comply. Read more
