Net10 costumer for 1 or 1 1/2 now what seems messed up to me is the lte speeds are about right but when I go back to 3G it won't load a page on my iphone 5 so I don't try to tell you the truth my 1st android was a Samsung gem non 3G capable and was 10 times faster so I have decided to drop net10 like the trash it is and go with cricket Add comment

For the buy airtime option it does not tell you how many days when you try to order through your phone. I wanted the 600 minutes for 60 days. I was given an extra 60 days for an additional $16.30 charge. Apparently it was 600 minutes at 120 day. On June 4,2015 my credit card was stolen and someone used to get service with net 10 and when alter went to my bank they tried to take the payment back but net 10 will not give it back all my bank want is my $35.00 back so I hope yall can help me out Add comment

I found an AT&T phone May 20th. I call them and see if I can get the phone turned on and they tell me I need to buy an airtime card. I purchase the airtime card and they tell me the sim card (which was a net10 sim card) was "expired" and they had to send me another one. Lots have happened. Right now I finally got my Galaxy S-4 turned on after my old phone was stolen/missing. I called NET10 from a cell dealer to get the new SIM card activated into the Galaxy phone. Net 10 sold us $225 worth of service for 6 months. When the service did not work, they refused to refund any of our money or fix the problem. I spoke with management and was told that it is company policy to not do refunds. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their policies and customer service are ridiculous and, in my opinion, criminal. I transfered my number which i have used for more than 10 years from simple mobile to net10 and took the long distance plan . After activation, i noticed that i did not have long distance or internet on my phone. I called customer service and a lady assisted me.
